Under the leadership of Luo Qianwen and Wang Yongfei, optimization team of HUAXING in Dadelingha branch of China Mobile worked hard and seriously. Index of network was greatly raised. Quality of speech in urban area was improved from 95.86% to 99.23% and coverage was raised from 96.15% to 99.89%. The cutting off rate of the whole network was also improved. Besides, aimed at the existing situation of the network, the team gave some rational ideas for later network construction and optimization. The team also provided our technological personnel with the relevant training which not only helped them improve technological skills but also laid sound foundation for a healthy development of network.
