From July 24, 2010 to July 25, 2010, the First Leadership Development Training of HUAXING CHUANGYE was held in Hangzhou Voice of Nature Holiday Hotel. The training had the honor to invite two teachers of School of Management of Zhejiang Gongshang University to provide trainees with excellent and detailed statement on basic knowledge of management, management by objectives and knowledge points of general concern. The teachers are Cheng Zhaoqian, post doctorate of Qinghua University and associate professor of School of Management of Zhejiang Gongshang University, and Jiang Xin, deputy director, tutor of master-degree students and associate professor of School of Management of Zhejiang Gongshang University.

 

During this training, two teachers used well-documented and extensive evidences and offered a useful simplification of theory. Through discussion of cases, excellent interaction and communication, two teachers pushed the training to one and another new high.

 

In addition, with the joint effort of two teachers, middle- and high-level management personnel had an opportunity to learn brand new management theories and made a still further progress in integrating theory with practice. Furthermore, two teachers also provided management personnel with a platform to communicate with each other. All trainees benefited a lot form the training and cordially hope that the second-stage training can be held soon. 

 

According to the data statistics on the basis of feedback information, average key training indicator reaches 4.5 (full mark is 5). The training has gained an obvious result.
